Countless dogs are being euthanized daily in shelters, and among those the majority being pitbulls and chihuahas. It should be illegal to breed these types of dogs in the state of Arizona. This could drastically decrease the amount of deaths occurring in these shelters. Let’s get the true purpose of shelters back to where it started, and HELP these animals!
