We, the undersigned, urge the state of Arizona to permanently ban the sale and use of all personal fireworks (including sales in stores and outdoor tent sales).

Arizona is a high risk state with fires and although we realize that banning fireworks is not going to 100% solve the problem of human started fires, this is an important first step.

We urge Governor Ducey and state representatives to issue an immediate and permanent ban on the sale and use of personal fireworks.
