Sooooooo! He did get out of segregation early. As a matter of fact, within the hour of the governor's office reaching out to Central Prison, he was out. I did email them including this petition. I just wanted to say thank you again to everyone for being our village when we needed you most��We still have some ways to go. Between speaking to several attorneys and civil rights activists, I still have a full plate so if you haven't shared yet, please take 1 minute out of your day to do so. Just a minute. I have a feeling that this is going to be an extremely long and exhausting fight, even after my son is released because it's going to continue into the day our children's kids are young men. Plus, it's not going to stop unless WE stop it or until someone with "money/power" decides to jump in AND even then, they will probably continue to do it and get away with it.
Come to find out these 4 punishments(including segregation) were because the order that he disobeyed was for being somewhere where he didn't belong. I will say this Again!! I'm sure every prisoner with the same mental disability has been in a place they don't belong without causing harm to anyone....
. Please bring in the Chick-fil-A workers cause this is bananas.I do believe that if you disobey the law, you should be in trouble. That was never an issue. Being punished more than once for the same thing is where I have a problem. You guys have inmates on suicide watch that are killing themselves basically in your face if they "allegedly" "ALWAYS" have eyes on them, how and why does it continue?

We gotta do better as a whole because this problem didn't just start and the should NEVER continue. The guards are going to do what someone, of a higher rank, has taught them. They will continue to do it as long as the higher ups continue to brush everything under the rug and I can't say lead by example because that example simply doesn't exist. Central Prison inmates! Please keep your head in a book and park your behind in a designated sitting area so you don't get in trouble.
