The large-scale spread of COVID-19 has completely changed high school students' daily lives and has added to our pre-existing stress and anxiety. I believe that the students' mental and physical wellbeing should come before having to worry about our assignments. I do believe that we should continue the rest of the school year as it is important that we continue our education however, classes should switch from a mandatory letter grade to the option of pass/fail courses or receiving a letter grade that can only be improved the day of school on campus. This would ensure that we are learning the required material without adding to the stress that has already been created by the current pandemic. It would also give students the ability to choose the option that best fits their circumstances
