The Food Delivery company Doordash hides the full pay when the order is dispatched to the driver and only shows a fraction of the total pay that the driver is supposed to get. If there is a $30 tip in an order and a $2.5 base pay, instead of showing $32.5 to the driver upfront, it is shown as $7. Most of the drivers don't accept $7 orders with 4 or more miles one way which is doubled both ways and as a result the customer's food keeps sitting at the restaurant. Customer doesn't get warm and fresh food and the drivers get furious due to no transparency from this Multi Billion dollars giant company.

This unethical practice from doordash impacts both Customers and around half a million drivers in the US. We want doordash to be transparent and respectful towards their customers and drivers.
