Historic Houses Destroyed!

Sad times in Olde Town with the destruction of historic houses on Grandview this week.  Honestly, the developer that owned these properties allowed them to become so run down, it has been a long, painful process for those of us that value our history and have respect for Olde Town Arvada.  

With two Rule 106 complaints filed in District Court, we hold out hope that the oversized three story building proposed never happens and our beautiful history house isn't compromised in the process.  I will keep you posted.
