Our quest for fairness continues.  Attorneys have filed a Rule 106 in District Court and have announced they will continue this quest Pro Bono!  We are grateful and continue to have faith that the City of Arvada will not allow the demolition of contributing historic structures in Olde Town Arvada and we will all win, except the greedy developers.   

The oversized development proposal which is now being proposed is growing in size and is way over the maximum allowed height and imposes upon adjacent properties beyond what is allowed.  Not a surprise.
