We are grateful that the Design Review Committee decided that the house at 7317 Grandview should not be demolished. We are also grateful that the Design Review Committee made formal comments regarding the potential to better activate W 57th Street by reducing the size of the parking garage, adding a retail component to the W 57th Street façade and stepping back the second and third stories. The next step will be a formal decision on the Certificate of Compliance by the Director of Community and Economic Development. We continue to fight for the preservation of Olde Town Arvada.
