Hope everyone is staying safe and strong through the current Stay at Home orders.  It's been a challenge for us in Olde Town Arvada as the properties adjacent to ours continue to deteriorate and cause a public hazard.  The hearing scheduled for March 16 to rehear the case we won on December 16 was cancelled and we await a new date to stop the  oversized development on Grandview.  Please take a moment to read the letter posted to Facebook that was written by a consultant that was hired by the City of Arvada to help with the design and planning of the Nationally Registered Historic Business District of Olde Town Arvada.  Help us get more signatures and please stay tuned for more updates.  Thank you.
