Hi there!  Hope you are all staying healthy and positive!  Wanted to let you know that the City of Arvada has rescheduled the Appeal Hearing for May 4th.  Please mark your calendars!  

We will keep you posted on any updates.  In the meantime, you can read the developer, Keane Palmers farewell speech in the Arvada Press.  We will be blowing his sweet story to smithereens in the weeks to follow.  He loves to tell how he is saving us all from the horrible situation with the abandoned houses.  He just leaves out the part about how he and his family friend the former owner of some of the property have caused these houses to be in this shape.
