Arvada Planning Commission Meeting, Tuesday, October 8, 6:15 pm.  Attorneys have agreed to allow a continuance to November 5th due to the major Jewish holiday Yom Kippur.  Our attorney David Foster will not be able to be present but the City of Arvada is telling us the Planning Commission has to okay this???  Our attorneys office will send Eric Carlson to represent us in this appeal in case we don't get the continuance even though the attorney's agreed upon this.  Crazy but we will be showing up in case we need to go forward with the hearing on the appeal of the Certificate of Compliance to demolish the houses on Grandview.  This is crazy. but if you wish to show up, please do.  I apologize for the late notice but didn't think we needed to bother.  Attorneys advise otherwise after the City's notice.  Lori will be there and welcomes anyone that can make it out to support opposition to destroying the historic houses on Grandview.
