More press coverage with the front page of the Arvada Press.  Myself and two other property owners in Olde Town will be interviewed this Thursday for a follow up article.  We will note the number of petition signers which is now at 1336.   Help us meet our new goal of 1,500 by sharing with friends, family and lovers of Olde Town Arvada!   

The Appeal Date for the many waivers issued for Certificate of Compliance for the non-compliant removal and subsequent construction of the proposed development on Grandview has been rescheduled for November 5th at 6:00, Arvada City Hall.   Please mark your calendars if you would like to come show your support.
