We are over 1200 strong now with nearly 20 Olde Town Property Owners onboard.  The City of Arvada has set the date for the Appeal to the Certificate of Compliance for October 8th with a workshop for the Planning Commision on September 17th.  We will keep you posted as to where this all leads but suffice it to say, we are moving forward with doing everything that can be done to save the two houses on Grandview and prevent the oversized, modern style building from ever plaquing Olde Town Arvada.  Thank you for your support and please help us reach our next goal of 1500 by sharing with family, friends, colleques, etc.
