I'm sorry to report that this petition failed. The hospital's decision to perform forced surgeries, chemotherapy, and radiation failed to cure Grace of #PediatricCancer they diagnosed as #WilmsDisease without the biopsy and 2nd opinion the family requested also FAILED. If they had been allowed to confirm Cancer with diagnostic testing other than an x-ray and explore all treatment options at all hospitals and make an informed decision, she could have survived. The parents and doctors offering consults on their case we're not allowed access to medical records or to have her transported to another medical facility for continued care. The original Attorney they hired tried to extort a rediculous amount of money from them when she learned Christopher was inheriting money from his father, before she would file the proper Motions with the Courts to move to another venue (they were not residents of the County) or anything else that may have resolved this case before it was too late. 

Grace not only suffered in the hospital without her parents allowed to comfort her before and after procedures & treatments, she was bounced around to different #FosterCare homes, neglected and abused, and even abandoned once at the hospital with a head injury and severe bruising all over her face and body with the claims that she "tripped" and injured herself. One woman in charge of her care at a group home with many children in State Custody was also found on social media going on vacation with her biological children and bragging about going on a cruise with famous people while Grace was left behind.

My friend's family was destroyed and she lost the two people she loved most in this world as a result. I have not seen or heard from Leah since the Judge issued the illegal #GagOrder and Social Workers demanded all information about the case be removed from the Internet that proved Fraud and Extortion during their battle with CPS. 

Christopher was a war Veteran and never believed that our Government would violate his Constitutional and #ParentalRights after he risked his life for our country with #NoDueProcess allowing the #Tyranny to continue and  his daughter to die as a result of #CPSFraud and #MedicalKidnap. There will be no #JusticeForGraceAlleluia or the thousands of other children who are #Taken, abused, disappear, or die in State Custody every year while the mass media and Lawmakers do nothing to stop it. CPS and doctors do NOT have the #RightToLie to remove children from loving families behind closed doors with no documentary evidence or Legal Representation for the accused! Rapist & murders get more Rights in Criminal Court than Parents do in #JuvenileCourts.

Rest in Peace Grace Alleluia Beabout Vega & Christopher Vega...I will not let your story die with you. I will continue to expose the corruption of our Juvenile Court system and Social Services workers until we have #FamilyLawReform that protects families from false accusations, Government overreach, #CivilRightsViolations, and financial gains through #Title4 funding, #Medicaid, grants, and medical research on Wards of the State. Thank you to everyone who supported our efforts to #SaveGraceAlleluia and may you continue to fight for Justice for other families that are facing the same battle. It's happening EVERYWHERE and could happen to ANYONE until the Laws are changed.
