PETITION REOPENED!

It's been a YEAR and Grace Alleluia is still in Foster Care, simply because her mother asked for a biopsy to prove Cancer before removing Grace's kidney, and for a 2nd opinion at another hospital to make an informed decision on how to treat the supposed Wilm's Tumor. UCLA Social Workers took Grace from her mother and placed her into State Custody without even establishing her father's Parental Rights, even though he is a decorated Veteran. The Court also refused to recognize Grace's Native American heritage to protect her Rights, because they hadn't established her Tribal Affiliation yet!

The parents were told there is a Gag Order, which keeps them from discussing their case publically to get help. They were forced to remove video evidence off of social media that proved Fraud, Threats, Coercion, and Extortion against the family. The Court-Appointed Attorney has misrepresented them and allowed Heresy, Defamation, and Libel to continue against the parents, even after Grace was injured multiple times in Foster Care!

We must end the tyranny of Juvenile Courts where parents are falsely accused of medical neglect or abuse with NO DUE PROCESS and no proper legal representation to enforce their Civil Rights! Children should never become Wards of the State for the sole purpose to force surgery, medical treatments, and clinical trials participation at hospitals!

We, the People, are demanding the State of California and UCLA stop using Grace as a Guinea pig for chemotherapy pharmaceutical trials, and return her Custody back to her family!
