As the Deep State quakes in response to President Donald J. Trump’s efforts to reform the nation’s criminal justice and penal systems, the President has already moved to relieve Americans who have been unjustly prosecuted or received excessive sentences for their offenses. While politically powerful figures like the Clintons, the Obamas and popular minority notables bask in the protection of the justice system despite serious criminal acts, ordinary Americans find themselves prosecuted and persecuted often for simply being out of step with our present Marxist culture.

As the President is willing to pardon and/or release those who actually committed an offense, the question then is, why would he not pardon or commute the sentence of a man who is innocent of any wrongdoing? Matthew Hale was convicted in 2005 for the alleged crime of soliciting the murder of a federal judge. The person he purportedly "solicited" just happened to be a highly paid agent-provocateur employed by the FBI to get close to Hale in hopes of putting him into the clutches of the Deep State.

Shouldn’t President Trump, who was the victim of the same sort of individuals in his campaign and his presidency, be interested in a man who has been sentenced to forty years for a crime that existed only in the minds of the same people who sent such “agents” into the President’s Administration?

Just as there has been no evidence of wrongdoing by President Trump, there is no evidence whatsoever that Matthew Hale commit years in solitary confinement. To assist these efforts, hundreds of signatures have been and are being gathered asking for his release while letters from friends and family have been sent to the President, the Pardon Attorney and the Attorney General on his behalf.

But time is running out. The 2020 election is less than a year away and the minions of the Deep State have made known that they do not intend to let Donald J. Trump serve a second term. It may be that Providence will prevent their machinations, but we hope that the President chooses to act while he still has the opportunity to do so.
