Friends and Supporters: Matt’s Mother received a call from Matt! He asked her to inform you that attorney (((James Wiencek))) is the one responsible for the prison keeping the chapters of Matt's third book, “The Triumph of Life”. So, (((Rudy Marques))) is taking orders from (((Warden Bill True))) by (((Attorney James Wiencek))) to keep the chapters there. (((Wiencek))) has now charged Matt with extortion because Matt sent a letter to (((Wiencek))) saying he will be filing a lawsuit against him for violating Matt's First Amendment Rights. So, please send (((James Wiencek))) <jwiencek@bop.gov> emails everyday. Take the few minutes each day to remind (((Wiencek))) he is violating Matt's rights according to court ruling!

1974 case. The mail censorship regulations, inter alia, proscribed inmate correspondence that "unduly complain[ed]," "magnif[ied] grievances,"
"express[ed] inflammatory political, racial, religious or other views or beliefs," or contained matter deemed "defamatory" or "otherwise
inappropriate." The District Court held these regulations unconstitutional under the First Amendment, void for vagueness, and violative of the Fourteenth Amendment's guarantee of procedural due process, and it enjoined
their continued enforcement. The court required that an inmate be notified of the rejection of correspondence and that the author of the
correspondence be allowed to protest the decision and secure review by a prison official other than the original censor.
*Also, (((Rudy Marques))), Matt's mail reader is constantly harassing Matt, withholding his mail for weeks and months at a time. Returning letters to
senders with an enclosed letter stating the letters contain gang related material which is totally fiction! The court has ruled it is **unconstitutional
to refuse Matt his First and Fourteenth Amendment rights. *
