United Airlines has indicated they will seek Federal assistance due to the downturn in air travel.  This management has seen record profits for nearly a decade.  
In light of the lack of any prudent planning, and the exorbitant amount of bonuses paid to the senior members of this inept management, the undersigned ask you place strong restrictive covenants on any federal funding that might be needed for United Airlines survival.

1. An administrator be named to oversee the financial crisis at United Airlines.

2. All stock options held by current management be declared null and void.

3. All stock options redeemed since Jan 1, 2019 be repaid to UAL corporation, before the distribution of any a Federal funds, to UAL Corporation.

4. That all management employees at United Airlines, and United Airlines Holdings, have their salaries frozen.  No bonuses of any form to management shall not be allowed until all said funds are repaid to the United States Treasury.   

We the undersigned know that current events have created a very difficult economic climate.  This corporations management has been far too generous to their leadership, and must be held accountable to receive Federal assistance.
