Revoke ICE's decision on forcing the international student to take in person class in 2020

Revoke ICE's decision on forcing the international student to take in person class in 2020
The Issue
On July 6, 2020. The U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) issued a new policy to modify the current Student and Exchange Visitor Program(SEVP), the name of this is: "SEVP modifies temporary exemptions for nonimmigrant students taking online courses during fall 2020 semester"(Here is the link: https://www.ice.gov/news/releases/sevp-modifies-temporary-exemptions-nonimmigrant-students-taking-online-courses-during?from=timeline&isappinstalled=0#wcm-survey-target-id
This new policy aims to force all international students in the United States to take in-person courses for the Fall 2020 semester to maintain their visa status, whether or not they are currently in the United States or their home country. This new policy will create significant difficulties for International Students to continue their study in American colleges and institutions. Intercontinental traveling and other related issues can create a massive risk to their health. This policy will significantly harm the rights of international students in the United States, not only in health but also in their Universal Human Rights in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
We request the ICE revoke this new policy to protect the rights of International Students to show their recognition of the American spirit and human rights. Most international students are innocent and deserve a chance to study without the risk of virus infection.
