According to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC), roughly 421,394 children are reported missing every year in the United States. That's approximately 2,000 per day. Every 40 seconds in the U.S. a child goes missing or is abducted. Worldwide, the numbers are staggering! An estimated 8 MILLION go missing per year worldwide. That's approximately 22,000 per day globally.

The International labor Organization estimates there are 40.3 MILLION victims of human trafficking globally per year, with hundreds of thousands in the United States. Internationally, there are between 20 million and 40 million people in modern day slavery. Human trafficking earns profits of roughly $150 BILLION dollars per year for traffickers, $99 Billion of which comes from commercial sexual exploitation.

71% are women and young girls (some reportedly as young as 2 years old)

In 2018, 51.6% of criminal human trafficking cases active in the United States were involving only children.

The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children's cyber tip line is the nation's centralized reporting system for online exploitation of children, including child sexual abuse material, child sex trafficking, and online enticement. In 2019, the CyberTipline received 16.9 Billion reports related to suspected child exploitation. These reports contained 69.1 Million videos, images, and files.

The average pedophile molests over 260 victims in their lifetime, some studies suggest the number is over 300. Over 90% of convicted pedophiles are arrested again for the same offense AFTER being released from prison. More than half of all convicted sex offenders are sent back to prison within a year, within 2 years, 77.9% are back in prison. There are 400,000 registered sex offenders in the U.S. and an estimated 80,000-100,000 of them are missing. They are supposed to register, but we don't know where the are or where they are living. The average prison sentence for these types of criminals range from NO prison time to life in prison, with an average minimum sentence of 13.5 years. That's not good enough considering more than half will re offend and end up back in prison within a year of their release, 77.9% re offend and are back in prison 2 years after their release. 

There needs to be a mandatory death sentence for these types of offenders, its the ONLY way they will stop destroying innocent lives. How many more children have to be sexually exploited and raped and trafficked before we as a society demand change!? WE DEMAND CHANGE! This has to STOP! I believe mandatory death penalties for these crimes will not only save innocent lives, but it will also show these sick individuals that we are DONE allowing them to walk free, we are DONE allowing them to destroy innocent lives. We are DONE allowing them the opportunity to re-offend by letting them out of prison. A mandatory death sentence will send that message loud and clear. I need your help to make this happen!!
