Education in the field of self-awareness is so important because it holds ability to appreciate  strengths and weaknesses of self. Realizing your ability will enable you to take actions, and make choices and decisions that are consistent with your own abilities. Unfortunately, as a community we do not equip our children in the field of self-awareness in public schools. We equip them with academia and good sportsmanship. Children do only need those tools to succeed, but are in need of anger management, productivity, and intrinsic motivation. Our youth deserve to finish school knowing who they are and why they have come so far. When they leave home they will have their own set of skills and knowledge. Self-awareness education teaches a more holistic approach to ones well being. It allows for the student to be self taught and to be equipped from within. These students will be self-motivated, self-dedicated and have a great quality of life because they will know themselves and their abilities. Think about when you were in high school. You may have been able to stand and fight your challenges but some never stood back up. We want those students to rise! Equip our youth now!

This petition should shine light on the care we have for our students as a community. Let's bring self-awareness class to our youth now not later!
