Sentenced to 28 years for non-violent small drug offense! He made mistakes in the past, but he is a good person. Daniel is my brother. Besides holding a sterling disciplinary record, he has been working towards a Masters Degree in Christian Counseling, has earned his Bachelor's degree in Biblical Studies, and his certification as a Life Coach through Institute for Life Coach Training. He has no weapons or violent charges what so ever. He has a job waiting for him at the Law Office Of Michael J Holmes in Santa Ana California, as well as the support of Mr. Holmes' wife who is a Judge.  He has letters from the BOP with his accomplishments, as well as a stack of diplomas he has earned. He has helped Adam Clausen, 213 years sentence, now home with Life Coaching Classes and has letters from Adam and many others. All these things as well as his story can be found here. Kimberly, his wife, and mother of their 7 year old severely autistic son, has a pituitary tumor, and poor health. Our mother is also not expected to live much longer as she is terminally ill. She and my brother had just  reconciled when he began his sentence.
