I am one for keeping myself from being recorded while using my laptop since I had dealt with hackers before. I do not feel comfortable taking the exams using this. The feeling I get is making my stomach turn sour where I feel like some hacker will hack into the HonorLock and record me and steal my information and know where I live. Throughout my middle and high school years, I always signed papers so I am not recorded. I would rather take the exam at home safely without it and I can be trusted to not cheat or head down to the campus for the test. Other than that, I am not going to take it using this and I quote safe browsing recording. I will only take classes face to face and non-face to face classes. I will not allow any college record students who feel uncomfortable. Everyone wants their privacy especially in their own homes where they eat, sleep, get dressed. Please sign and pass this along to other campuses who are violating your own rights. We shall be heard and continue our right to have privacy without being recorded during the tests. If they don't trust us taking it at home as adults, then they should have us take it at the campus we attend. Show your family, friends, neighbors, mayors, governors.
