As we all take some time this holiday weekend to reflect with our families in a very different manner than years past, I wanted to thank all our supporters who have signed and shared this petition.  There has been a great deal of good that has resulted from all this support which has shown itself in the amazing community that has formed from all corners of the industry coming together to support one another.

In this time of reflection, we wanted to highlight an organization that is doing very important work within the Live Events Industry.  Roadie Rescue is working hard to support behind-the-scenes artisans who are more often than not, independent contractors, living show to show, check to check, lacking the usual financial security of some other professions during state-of-emergency scenarios such as the one our global community is experiencing now.

While the newly formed Live Events Coalition’s primary focus is providing support for our community of live events professionals. We want to work towards long term recovery; however, we also must find a way to make an immediate impact in their lives. To this end, we've decided to partner with Roadie Rescue to begin to raise funds that will get to our community now. We look forward to partnering with other organizations just like this one so that we can make sure that we get resources to the people in industry facing in need of support.
