Originally We have suspected that the DMCA claims were fake and made by a copyright troll known as Aaron Peters. But as of today, The cause of the takedown of several Nintendo related add-ons around the whole steam  workshop is Nintendo themselves. I know that the big N is overly protective of their intellectual properties to the bone and will do anything to keep their IP's isolated from every single internet communities besides themselves. It is no wonder why they have a toxic fanbase. Taking down the add-ons would only inject more toxicity in their fanbase to the point where they start rioting in the streets. And I really don't want to see that happen. I highly doubt this will change Nintendo's perspective of their IP's but creating this petition is the least I can do and besides, If Nintendo wants to take down every single mod related to their IP's. Should they have done it 20 years ago? Now seems a little too late for my liking. Why? Because let me say this, there are so many Nintendo related mods around the steam workshop. I wouldn't pirate a game made by Nintendo because I'm pretty sure if I did, Nintendo would call in their ninjas to hunt me. It is no joke that Nintendo is a giant billion dollar company. At least Sega allows their IP's to be on mods outside of Sega themselves so why not Nintendo? I would basically say this. Mario is red, Sonic is blue. Nintendo is red, Sega is blue. You get what I am saying? Anyway where were we. Oh yeah, The madness happening in the steam workshop, Not just the Gmod workshop, but I fear that the Left 4 Dead 2, and Source Filmmaker workshops might also be affected by what Nintendo is doing. 

Beforehand, I suspected that there is a copyright troll on the loose and Nintendo has nothing to do with it. But when Garry Newman investigated this crisis. He stated that it is Nintendo's doing and then Facepunch announced that in order to prevent any further trouble from Nintendo, We must remove all Nintendo related add-ons from the entire steam workshop and never reupload them back in. But there are people who will not take down their Nintendo related mods. In order to prevent any further damage to the entire steam workshop I made this petition. So who is with me? anyone?
