The EPA preliminary report on the Torrance refinery has been discussed, with one AQMD member stating it's the most disconcerting facility safety inspection he's seen in 27 years. Share your concerns with the AQMD. They want to know YOUR STORY. The refinery is well represented with approximately 30% of the seats, although some are sitting in the lobby rather than listening to the expert testimony.
