The ACPS schoolboard is attempting to stop exchange progams from happening. This is awful, because it is preventing children from being able to explore the world. Kids have spent hours working on these projects only for it to be canceled by the school board because it is allegedly "not equitable, and not liable". This is some children's only oportunites to travel outside of the United States
