With around 1,341 new homes identified for development in and around Altofts, our village is growing rapidly. But where is the investment in the facilities our children and families desperately need?

⚽ 361 local children play for Altofts Juniors AFC across 24 teams.

🏘️ 1,341 new homes have been identified within the club's catchment area, bringing even more demand for local facilities.

💷 £27,628 spent in just ONE season hiring external winter training facilities because we don't have suitable floodlit pitches in our village.

🚫 Not enough pitches, changing facilities, parking or all-weather training space to support our growing community.

IT'S TIME DEVELOPERS GAVE SOMETHING BACK!
We aren't asking for the impossible. We're asking for investment in the community supporting this development.

We want Wakefield Council, local housing developers and funding partners to work together to deliver:

A full-size floodlit 3G football pitch in Altofts.
Better changing rooms, toilets and facilities for our children.
Improvements to existing pitches, parking and access.
More land and pitches to support future generations.
Fair contributions from developers towards the infrastructure our growing village needs.
