The owner of the historic 30 Central Avenue, Building 2 (formerly 38-40 Central Ave) in Waterbury, CT wants to tear it down. Demolition has been delayed until June.

Built during the 1890s, this Queen Anne style house is a contributing building to Waterbury's Hillside Historic District, which is on the National Register of Historic Places.

The Waterbury Preservation Society hopes to save this building from demolition.
