In light of the College Employer Council's refusal to negotiate with OPSEU and needlessly prolonging the duration of the College Faculty Strike, Don Sinclair should resign as CEO of the College Employer Council.  The council should be disbanded and a new governing body established in its place with oversight from the Ontario Government.
