First of all, let me thank each and every one of you for signing and supporting my petition, so far here are the latest developments, I was charged with a case at the ombudsman by the lawyer of Antonia Carandang Park, Atty Stephen Cascolan, this stems from the arrest made by the police officers of Tagaytay City to his client Antonia Carandang Park, this is regarding another case of estafa filed by a complainant way back 2008, that resulted in an issuance of a warrant of arrest on 2009, and this particular warrant of arrest has been standing and effective since then, and since the warrant was not served yet, she is considered at large and a fugitive of the law. She’s a wanted person since 2009 and yet she was able to go in and out of our country without being stopped, apprehended or arrested by the Bureau of Immigration, are they not aware of her warrant of arrest? Don’t they have a copy of this? Are they not alerted on this? While a simple case of same name of a person with criminal records on the computer of the NBI and the BID can stop you from leaving the country, goodness! while other cases that goes side by side with my case like the Napoles illegal detention case, actor Vhong Navarro mauling case, Benilde student Cervando frat hazing case, Laude murder case and Pastor murder case, all of the suspects involved were given watch list orders even while their cases are still under preliminary investigation to prevent them from leaving easily and to know exactly their whereabouts since there’s a pending cases against them being investigated in courts and worst on the part of Antonia Carandang Park is she has a standing warrant of arrest effective 2009 which is all the more heavier than a watch list order! and just recently even RNB international recording artist Chris Brown was ordered a watch list by no less than the Secretary of Justice herself Sec De Lima, and so with the other cases I’ve mentioned, watch list were ordered immediately by Sec. De Lima. but why has this fake doctor given the same treatment or order by the DOJ? and proof of which is when Antonia Carandang Park fled the country two days after I filed non-bailable cases of murder and syndicated estafa, plus the illegal practice of medicine, records of the BID will show this and also her other trips from 2009 wherein her warrant of arrest from this particular complainant from a different case is already in effect towards the time I’ve filed mine May 6, 2014, and yet she was able to go in and out of our country unopposed and I’ve also learned that there are other pending cases that even goes way back than 2008, but how could this be? When the former President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo only went there July of 2012, Antonia Carandang Park is already a fugitive then, didn’t any of the President’s men or staff ever checked her out? And why didn’t they found out that she is a fake doctor? Considering that according to their press release during that time that the President’s illness is serious and her condition is delicate, that’s why she is seeking for medical treatment abroad, and if this is true, then why go and waste time to see a fake doctor? Who really recommended this fake doctor to the President? And why is she quiet in all of these issues coming out against her fake stem cell oncologist turned alternative doctor? Ironically, they have all the resources and the means to find out all about her, but obviously they did not, or do they? For if I am able to do it, all the more for them. And this still remains a mystery to me, for if only they found out first what a fraud this doctor is, then maybe the President couldn’t have gone there in the first place, and so do we, and so do others too, and perhaps my daughter Kate could still be alive by now, as I’ve stated before, that since the President went there, Antonia Carandang Park’s clients grew in numbers, us included, and she even made this her bragging right, being the doctor of the President. And this claim she did, to the detriment of us unknowing victims, vulnerable and desperate for a cure at that time, given false hope, deceived and easily manipulated, using the President as her shield of credibility. Incidentally, while Park was being arrested, she and her lawyers’ resisted arrest, disrespected the police officials who are just doing their duty serving the warrant. And as a result of which, the police officers filed a case of resisting arrest and obstruction of justice against Antonia Carandang Park, and her lawyers Atty Stephen Cascolan and Atty Lourdes Benipayo, and after they have submitted their counter affidavits, they never showed up in the three hearings for the preliminary investigation that was called, and they even name drop me and the complainant on their counter affidavits, accusing me as the one who conspire with the police into arresting Antonia Carandang Park and that the complainant was not present during the time of the arrest, these are all lies since I was not aware of the arrest until it was already happening and the complainant was present during the arrest and he was the one who identified Antonia Carandang Park to the police officers as stated in the sworn affidavits of all the police officers involved in the serving of the warrant, and despite all of these, the prosecutor of Tagaytay city dismissed the case of the police in favor of Antonia Carandang Park and her lawyers, and this is what they call due process? Or another display of power with impunity! Why was I and the complainant not invited at the preliminary investigation while our names were name dropped and used as evidence and defense of the camp of Park, and the police officers also mentioned in their affidavits that the whole arrest scene was caught on tape by the news crew of TV5 and news footage were subsequently shown that night on the evening news of TV5, and it is even in the internet at interaksyon news of TV5, but the prosecution didn’t recognize all of these and despite their non-appearance during three preliminary investigation hearings, the case was dismissed on their favor. And they can do this even to the police? Is this the kind of Justice we have in our country? Then God help us all.
