​Sharing two critical updates regarding our fight for fair restitution:

1. ​Protecting original victims: Our demand to the DOJ (MLARS) is clear: any recovery from assets linked to criminal proceeds such as SpaceX and Anthropic shares must be distributed directly to the original defrauded customers. It is essential that this process explicitly prioritizes these victims over third party speculative claim buyers who purchased accounts post collapse.
2. ​Direct action for WY & AZ residents: Senators Lummis (WY) and Gallego (AZ) have taken a leading role on the SBF/FTX case. They now have the power to urge the DOJ to freeze these assets. Since their official contact forms are restricted to local constituents, we are calling on all supporters residing in Wyoming and Arizona to use the links provided at the top of the petition to contact their Senators directly.
