We have just refined the petition text to make our legal arguments absolutely unignorable. We are now explicitly exposing why the Chapter 11 bankruptcy process is fundamentally inadequate:
- SBF’s criminal conviction proves these funds were stolen, meaning they are not standard corporate assets.
- The massive explosion in value of assets like SpaceX shares, purchased directly with our stolen money, means the current bankruptcy framework is unfairly capturing the windfall profit instead of returning it to the victims.
A DOJ criminal forfeiture is the only way to bypass this rigid civil process and return to us the true, appreciated value of our stolen funds.
