Numbers need to increase to have an impact.

Having a Dog or Cat should be everyone's right to choose.  Co op boards, Rentals, Condo's that don't allow them increase the number of homeless animals. Trying to find housing when you love your Dog and Cat is extremely hard.  Many families that move are forced to leave behind their pets.   They are family too and enrich the lives of the people.. Agreements can be made and people can pay an extra fee.. Dogs and Cats  need more homes. If 1 % percent were opened shelters could be emptied.

A Dog and Cat do well in apartments.

If people don't take care of their kids they are taken away. The same should be for pets. I hope people promote share on Facebook and Tweet .
