Dogs and Cats have a right to homes 2 in all apartments in NY and USA

Just recently CA passed a law outlawing puppy mills. A great victory. We need to get more signs that will move this petition. Homes are needed .Dogs and Cats should not be banned. So please help. Sign and share.
