URGENT ACTION REQUIRED ILR

A petition has been submitted to the UK Parliament concerning proposed changes to Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) requirements and their potential effect on people who have already entered, or already applied to enter, the UK through the spouse and family visa route.

The petition calls for transitional protection so that existing applicants and visa holders can continue toward settlement under the requirements that applied when they entered the route or made their application.
