Dear Supporters,
Today, I'm writing to ask for your support again to sign my new petition: Justice with Compassion: Support 77 Year-Old Tan See Chee.
77-year-old Singaporean senior, Tan See Chee, is facing a criminal charge after birds were released from an NParks crow trap. Many believe his actions reflect empathy for trapped animals — not criminal intent.
We are calling on the Public Prosecutor to review this case and consider withdrawing the charge, given Mr Tan’s age, intentions, and vulnerability.
I am calling on all who share this belief to help in three ways:
- Help us find Mr Tan See Chee.
We want to reach him or anyone who knows him, so he can get assistance and legal advice before making decisions that may affect the rest of his life. - If you are a lawyer — or know one — please step forward.
No senior should have to face a criminal process alone. Mr Tan deserves to understand the charge, the implications, and his rights before pleading guilty. Access to counsel is justice. - Please sign and share the new petition.
We are asking the Public Prosecutor to review this matter and consider withdrawing the charge, in light of age, intent, compassion, and public interest.

Thank you for continuing to stand with me — and with all who believe in conscience, compassion, and a more humane Singapore.
