We, the residents of Resort Homes in Bandar Sri Sendayan, Seremban, Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia are living under a cloud of uncertainty and fear. Our daily lives have been disrupted by the actions and chaos of Persatuan Pemilik dan Penduduk Hijayu 2 (Crisantha) also known as PPPH2, an organization that we believe lacks legitimacy and is causing disharmony within our community. Their actions have jeopardized security aspects within our premise and we find this obnoxious in this civilised world.

Our harmonious neighbourhood has been disturbed by PPPH2's resistance to enhancement initiatives within our 84-acre of property. They have caused chaos, anger amongst the community and residents of Resort Homes by refusing to pay security and maintenance fees but yet expecting to enjoy all the benefits that other payees are enjoying.

We are the only Resident Association, Resort Homes Resident’s Association (RHRA) with a legitimate structure to operate and manage Resort Homes and appointed by the developer in the eyes of the law. This situation has left us feeling insecure and unsafe, by being amongst such characters who disregard legal processes. The PPPH2 has to be dissolved as within their group of 33 members have; 

1.    Not agreed to follow the rules & regulations of the RHRA. 
2.    Do not agree to pay maintenance & security charges despite wanting to enjoy the benefits of the rest payees are enjoying.
3.    Have made allegedly false statements & misleading (based on untrue facts) on the RHRA that is causing a disharmony within residents.  
4.    Have not been able to showcase the fees that they are collecting from people of their membership and not paid to the RHRA despite knowing that our costs involves their benefits too. Thus, having others to actually pay on behalf of their disagreement. 
5.    Performed actions that have jeopardized security in our premise.

Therefore, we urge local authorities to take action against PPPH2's disruptive behavior. We call upon them to dissolve PPPH2 and recognize us as the sole legitimate entity responsible for managing our community affairs. We, the RHRA has been transparent to all 662 units of Resort Homes that has gotten more than 85% of the residents to become paying members of the Resort Homes Residents Association. 

We don't find it safe being amongst such characters who disregard legal processes henceforth we urge you all to sign this petition so that local authorities can practice their legal way of handling this situation.
