The fourth petition asks Hasbro to make a new "Marvel Legends: Spider-Man" action figure of the second Green Goblin in his classic comic book costume on a new body mold, with a new alternate civilian head of Harry Osborn included, and a new bat-wing shaped Goblin Glider accessory that better stays on the figure's feet.
