Back in 2009 Disney and Robert Zemeckis announced that they were gonna making a 3D motion capture remake of The Beatles Yellow Submarine animated movie from 1968. The production company ImageMovers had a side company ImageMovers Digital they made A Christmas Carol (2009) and Mars Needs Moms. Both of those movies were poorly received which ultimately made Disney shutdown ImageMovers Digital and thus the Yellow Submarine movie was canceled. There have been leaked animation tests, early artwork and storyboards that have resurfaced recently. So I want this movie to be made I would love to see a modern day take on the classic movie let’s get this going again I know Disney has some money, a lot Beatles fans (myself included) really wanna see this movie.
