Dismissal/Termination of any and all current HOA board members of Liberty Point

Dismissal/Termination of any and all current HOA board members of Liberty Point
The Issue
I am a long-term homeowner in Beaufort, SC, and like many others in our community of Liberty Point, I am limited to one parking spot. This is a significant issue as my household requires at least two accessible parking spaces. Our situation is not unique; many residents are facing similar challenges due to the lack of adequate parking options. I have discussed this issue multiple times with HOA board members as well as filing a formal complaint to said parties. Instead of a solution, I have been told by the board members I have adequate and accessible parking in the rear of my home. This is simply not true. I was advised to resolve the issue on my own which is financially impossible at this time.
Beaufort's current parking system does not adequately accommodate the needs of its long-term homeowners. The city's growth over the years has outpaced the development of infrastructure, including residential parking. According to data from the U.S Census Bureau, Beaufort's population has grown by 7% since 2010 (source: U.S Census Bureau), yet our city's residential parking provisions have remained largely unchanged.
This petition calls on the Liberty Point community to come together in hopes to dismiss/terminate the current HOA board members as they have treated us not only unfairly, unequal to themselves, but unjust.
For my fellow neighbors with HOA complaints I assure you that you have not gone unnoticed. This petition is for all of Liberty Point. You are heard and your voice matters!
Please sign this petition if you believe that every resident deserves to be heard as well as treated fairly and in a humane manor. I’m writing this because this is something I care about deeply and it won’t happen without the support of people like you. Starting a petition isn’t something I would normally do, but I see no other choice. I know I’m not alone and together we can make this change happen. Please sign and share!
we may not be able to completely overturn the HOA, but we can elect new board members and dispose of the current board!
