this is the link to the other case involving Officer Eric Dopf where he assaulted an individual while he was on duty. Robert Winmill filed a civil suit and won the case against officer Dopf in that case. He should not have been able to continue as an officer from that point to be able to assault someone else. 

I am appealing to the Police Board 

Please do not allow Eric Dopf to continue to be a Police Officer. He will assault someone again! Continuing to cost the Woodstock Police Department their reputation as well as Taxpayers money! He is not worth the risk.
