Ми, громадяни України та прихильники України в усьому світі, бажаємо забезпечити швидку перемогу України у війні проти українських зовнішніх ворогів – росії, білорусії та всіх інших терористичних держав, а також проти українських внутрішніх ворогів – корумпованих чиновників, колабораціоністів та інших державних зрадників.

Поки Сили оборони України мужньо захищають на полі бою суверенітет, незалежність, демократію та свободу України, державні зрадники руйнують нашу країну зсередини.

Ми переконані, що внутрішній ворог України №1 – це Андрій Єрмак, керівник Офісу Президента України Володимира Зеленського.

Згідно ст. 106 Конституції України, Президент України не може передавати свої повноваження іншим особам або органам. 

Згідно із Конституцією України правовий порядок в Україні ґрунтується на засадах, відповідно до яких ніхто не може узурпувати владні повноваження, які не передбачено законодавством. Органи державної влади та органи місцевого самоврядування, їх посадові особи зобов’язані діяти лише на підставі, в межах повноважень та у спосіб, що передбачені Конституцією та законами України (стаття 19). Кожен зобов’язаний неухильно додержуватися Конституції України та законів України, не посягати на права і свободи, честь і гідність інших людей (частина перша статті 68).

Але керівник Офісу Президента України Андрій Єрмак систематично порушує Конституцію України, перевищуючи свої повноваження.

Підписуючи цю петицію, ми просимо Президента України Володимира Зеленського невідкладно звільнити Андрія Єрмака з посади керівника Офісу Президента шляхом підписання відповідного Указу.

Боротьба з внутрішніми ворогами для України така ж важлива, як і захист від зовнішніх ворогів, тому ця петиція є дуже своєчасною та актуальною.

We, Ukrainian citizens and Ukraine’s supporters worldwide would like to ensure the fast victory of Ukraine in the war against Ukrainian external enemies - russia, belorussia, and all other terrorist states, and against Ukrainian internal enemies - corrupted officials, collaborators, and other state traitors.

While the Armed Forces of Ukraine are courageously defending Ukraine’s sovereignty, independence, democracy, and freedom on the battlefield, state traitors are destroying our country from within.

We are convinced that the Ukrainian Internal Enemy #1 is Andriy Yermak, Chief of Staff of the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky.

According to Article 106 of the Constitution of Ukraine, the President of Ukraine cannot transfer his powers to other persons or bodies.

According to the Constitution of Ukraine, the legal order in Ukraine is based on the principles, according to which no one can usurp power that is not provided for by law. State authorities and local self-government bodies are obliged to act only on the basis, within the limits of authority and in the manner provided by the Constitution and laws of Ukraine (Article 19). Everyone is obliged to strictly adhere to the Constitution of Ukraine and the laws of Ukraine, not to encroach on the rights and freedoms, honor and dignity of other people (part one of Article 68).

But Andriy Yermak, Chief of Staff of the President of Ukraine, systematically violates the Constitution of Ukraine, exceeding his powers.

By signing this petition we are asking the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky to urgently dismiss Andriy Yermak from the position of the Chief of Staff of the President by signing the corresponding Decree.

Fighting internal enemies is as important for Ukraine as defending from external enemies, that’s why this petition is very timely and urgent.
