Carlos Celdran, who is also a professional Manila tour guide, has started an online petition opposing the construction of the Torre de Manila of DMCI Holdings Incorporated. Celdran said the building will be built in a lot sandwiched behind the former jai-alai lot 40 meters away from Taft Avenue.
