The Black Lives Matter flags and LGBTQ+ flags do not make a classroom 'not neutral.' This statement tells everyone who falls under those categories that they are not people who are normal - that they are somehow different than everyone else. In reality, we are all human who deserve to be represented. We deserve to have our voices heard. We have tried to use ours, but they were promptly disregarded. Do not let this be the case.
