Update: Escalating Obstruction and Targeting
I want to share an important development.
The United Kingdom is currently processing my request to access my surveillance and intelligence records, citing that there "may" have been a file and it "may" have been destroyed. To have a file I would suggest it must of originated from Ireland. This is part of my ongoing effort to understand and challenge the political persecution directed at me and my children.
Meanwhile, the Irish State has only just begun processing my own request for access to my personal data - indirectly admitting there is a surveillance and intelligence record and that it is STILL ACTIVE - despite the 1998 Good Friday Agreement to stop many years ago. Mine has been a misuse of Irish State Intelligence and Surveillance. Shockingly, their first response was to demand the signature and identification of Martin McGuinness — a political leader who passed away in 2017 — despite the fact that I was very clearly asking for my own records.
This surreal demand underscores the lengths to which officials are going to delay, obstruct, and wear me down. Instead of addressing my legitimate requests, they escalate the targeting and create new barriers at every stage.
I remain committed to documenting every obstruction and exposing these tactics. The pattern is undeniable: stonewalling, absurd demands, and intensified pressure whenever I assert my rights. It has emerged that there is no enforcement mechanism nor policy nor process for individuals like me and my children to enforce the Good Friday Agreement - leaving us in limbo while we try to pursue legal redress to simply have the same basic human rights you have, and to bring an end to the inhumane persecution endured.
The reactivation of my surveillance and intelligence in 2018 has caused our family great harm - particularly noting I was never a terrorist or criminal, rather a mother who had a direct connection to Martin McGuinness who was a wonderful influence on me, a mother who developed breast cancer from the impact of the abuse. I will continue to seek justice and accountability.
Your continued support is critical in holding systems accountable and ensuring my family’s safety.
Thank you for standing with me.
I ask again for you to share or even ask a friend or family to sign and support to raise public awareness of our plight.
Thank you, Rachael
