Me and my friend had this idea that Tom Six, director of the Human Centipede sequel and Kane Pixels, director of the Backrooms should collab on Backrooms 2. Not too complicated, Kane could just incorporate a Human Centipede into the movie, kind of like an entity that is aggressive. When it attacks someone (biting) the piece of flesh the first person swallows, after passing through everyone, transforms into a copy of the person who was bitten, but even more agressive and deformed. Since Kane can't just use Tom's idea without permission, that's where the collab part comes from.
