Halfway to 500

Hey everyone,

I got a response from Tim Crakenthrop about presenting our issue to State Parliament, he said that because the petition isn't an NSW ePetition and not all the signers are NSW citizens it would not qualify. So not the best news there. But, I did get a response from Newcastle Council which (surprisingly) informed me that they did not know the exact date when the Shark Nets would be removed from Newcastle beaches. They directed me to call NSW DPI directly about when they will be removed.

Thanks again for your support in removing Shark Nets from Newcastle beaches, we'll make it happen. I'll provide another update when I get a response from DPI.
