"LIVE" Chickens used as WOLF "Bait"

The Animal Welfare Institute, RWC and DOW recently sued to expand the use of Steel Leghold Trapping on Public Wildlife Refuge lands in an effort to Adaptively Trap Red Wolves and Coyotes! Official USFWS Redacted Documents show the gruesome practice of "Shackling" a "LIVE" Chicken to the ground with a short cable acting as "Live Bait"!! These are the same Leg-Hold Traps the Animal Welfare Institute, RWC & Defenders of Wildlife have sued in an effort to expand their use as part of a Cruel Adaptive Trapping Scheme!
