Dig ALL of West Virginia and use it to build a Giant Wall-E
The Issue
So, here me out, only 1.77 million people live in WV, and honestly with all the bad movies Pixar is putting out. I think a lot of people might want a giant Wall-E. Plus it could help with pollution and the housing crisis as we could carve homes into the skyscraper towers of trash. Plus, lets be honest, Half of the west is stupid so I put most of the trash there.
